Ingredients
2 rolls Pillsbury refrigerated peanut butter cookies
2 eggs
1 c flour
2 sm containers of orange sugar crystals
Pretzel sticks, broken in half
Directions
350F oven, spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, stir cookie dough, eggs and flour until well mixed. Pour sugar crystals into a small bowl. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll in sugar crystals. Insert 1 pretzel piece into each ball for stem. Using a toothpick or tip of a butter knife, make lines around side for pumpkin ridges. Place balls on cookie sheets. Bake 9 - 11 minutes or until just set in center when touched with fingertips. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely before serving.
