1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 can creamed corn
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease bottom of a small casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together; blend well. Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake for 25-28 minutes.
